Molten has released a new range of FIBA premium basketballs under the 3700 and 3800 series model which features a unique design on the sides of these balls.
The design has been inspired by the Sakura flower that symbolises the Japanese culture. You will also find the 'Yen' and 'Wa' brushstrokes by artist Ms Bisen Aoyagi who is known for her live calligraphy performances. These two characters are arranged to express 'The joy that spreads from the better world'.
In addition to this the circular pattern surrounding her brushstrokes represents how joy spreads in a wave like manner.
On first holding this ball one will notice it has a premium and delicate feel which is expected from Molten's premium range. Its outer layer is well constructed with Molten's trademark composite leather.
The unique design is sure to stand out on and off the basketball courts. For those that also prefer a more subtle touch the 3800 series has the standard Molten colour way (Tan).
